My wife purchased the treadmill online, when it came time to put information technology together, nosotros noticed that it must exist activated. This is a harmful and predatory practice, exercise not purchase this treadmill unless you desire to either pay monthly or effigy out how to bypass the payment.

I have had several Weslo treadmills and near were fine, for the outset years. Recently, I had one last all of two months and it'southward been miserable getting help. Very poor customer service even with full warranty. Make new machine. Poor aircraft, fine assembly, and utilise was fine the kickoff two months. The auto though - just buy something else is what I'd recommend. I can't fifty-fifty effigy out the problem, parts are taking months to get, and service techs past phone is miserable. Caused more problems than solutions.

I am not sure what makes a good treadmill but I honey my Weslo Cadence treadmill. You can connect iFit through Bluetooth. I have lost over 65 pounds since I started using this treadmill. I didn't now where to start so I picked a preprogrammed workout. Now I pick my own pace and increase speed and distance when I am fix.

I was finally sent the replacement treadmill just when I opened the box it was damaged. In calling I was somehow connected with back up for new purchases. In working with them I was able to finally receive a working machine. I am continuing with the one star rating which is for the treadmill and support I received from the warranty department of ICON Fettle.

Purchased Treadmill from Walmart in Aug 2018 and in Nov 2018 purchased 2 year extended warranty from ICON Fitness. Just used machine for walking, never for running. Ten months later in Sep 2019, started smelling burning olfactory property coming from machine during my "morning time walk." Called ICON Fitness requesting warranty repair. They shipped me a new motor and contacted their warranty repair visitor, Associates Experts, to install it. 2 weeks afterwards I idea I had a working machine. Within a month the burning odor started over again along with a new trouble of the belt stopping afterward virtually thirty seconds. Called beginning of Dec 2019 requesting another warranty repair. Was and then sent some other motor, a new motor controller board, and a new belt. It took a month before the repairman would come to again repair the machine.
After the repair and prior to the repairman leaving I tested the machine but the belt even so continued to stop after 30 seconds. I was told he was going to written report information technology and request another motor and control board to exist sent out. Later a month I had yet to hear about the motor and control board I was told would be sent. I called ICON Fettle to discover condition. Naught had been ordered. So I requested some other repair and was shipped the parts. ICON Fitness contacted Assembly Experts to come up and repair the machine which caused an email to exist sent from them to arrange a time to repair, but when I responded they would non reply phone calls nor respond to my emails to prepare a time. After a couple of weeks of no response from Associates Experts I called ICON Fitness on 4/one/2020 to report such and asked them about the warranty terms which indicated after multiple attempts at repairing the automobile a replacement automobile would exist sent.
The tech back up said they would await into whether the replacement would be sent and would phone call back advising me of their decision. After non hearing from them later on a week I called dorsum and was told they would be replacing the machine with another of my choosing and If I selected another model from the ane I had I would exist responsible for paying whatever additional cost required. I did inquiry and selected another model with a slightly higher costs and was told it was in stock. I agreed to and paid the price departure on April 15, 2020, and was told shipment would be before long.
At present here it is June 11, 2020, and they accept yet to ship me the replacement considering shipments from overseas have been hampered due to COVID-19. I was told I was in the Queue to accept it shipped but there is no definite date as to when they will ship the replacement. And so If you purchase this treadmill do so anticipating a short life on the motor and probable receiving parts that practice not work properly.

I purchased a Weslo Treadmill from ICON Health & Fitness, and the purchased parts did non get together the treadmill. I called well-nigh my the company before my warranty was upwards, and my concerns were dismissed by a representative. Another Consumer Abet company intervened on my behalf later the warranty was up, and ICON Health & Fitness agreed to mail service me the correct parts needed to assemble my treadmill. ICON Health & Fitness mailed me the wrong parts in the first shipment, and I take still to receive the second shipment. This company needs to be held accountable, and the client service representatives are rude and disrespectful.

I have no bug with my Weslo Cadency treadmill. I've owned information technology 8 months at present. I'thousand seeing all of the bad reviews stating you have to sign up for iFit and that is not true. It'south offered only not required to apply the machine. I'd propose re-reading the transmission.

I'd put less than 1 if possible. The treadmill volition Not even move unless yous sign up for iFit.com. Nosotros bought it and took information technology back to Walmart. It'due south sick that they sell it but it will not work WITHOUT 15.00 a month subscription to iFit. They show information technology connected to an electronic device like many others. Only it's "locked" unless you give iFit your credit carte, y'all personal data which from feel YOU KNOW WILL BE SOLD TO PHISHING AND SCAMMERS. 315.88 and it volition not turn on without your CREDIT Bill of fare. Practice not purchase this slice of crap! It's stripped down and worthless. I gave Walmart a piece of my mind that they would even sell them because of that.
Planet Fitness has a gym for $10 a month. It shouldn't be a treadmill won't work without paying them per month. It will non even move without joining iFit.com and it says you can cancel Someday - merely they will notwithstanding have your personal information, your credit card and how many more junk, phishing, scams will you be exposed too? Too many to count. As well many companies, Equifax, Target, Sears, Home Depot... Besides many to count. Take been hacked but this company volition sell Treadmills that are unusable? It's so crazy. I'm really pissed off I didn't know before I had to accept apart and return the treadmill! Don't purchase a treadmill that comes with strings or information technology will not movement. What use is a treadmill that will non motion????

Bought a treadmill Cadence G 5.9I and yous take to go online and pay a monthly fee to become the treadmill unlocked so y'all can even use it. You lot have to download apps on your telephone to get it to piece of work also. What a rip off, I went online and paid the monthly fee to get it unlocked and it is still unlocked, even though it said it was unlocked. They do non have clear instructions and I am not impressed with this. Information technology is cheap and got it at Walmart.com, but not impressed with the hassle to go it started so we can apply information technology....

Existence a more affordable treadmill, one cannot expect it to do as the pricey treadmills practice. What does it lack? Incline. The chugalug occasionally slips and makes a dissonance until it resets and rarely, it does not start on its own, Not a problem, information technology has never failed. Does it lack anything else...nope, it is a great motorcar.
